March Madness… For Readers

Rolling_Basketballs.jpg Every March, books compete against each other in a tournament to determine Huron’s favorite. This fun competition returns for a third year where this time readers will vote on books published in 2017 in the following divisions: Children, Teen, Adult Fiction, and Adult Non-fiction. All 32 book nominees started receiving your votes on Monday, March 12. Take time to read and familiarize yourself with them and the display in the Library. Vote once weekly, online or in person, and watch how the competition plays out.

Every Monday there will be a new ballot. Vote once each week for your favorite books from the list of contenders. If there is a tie in a match in the first week, the winner will be determined by blind draw. If there is a tie in any of the other weeks, the contenders cumulative votes will be considered, and the book with the most previous votes overall will win that match.
